Projects
One console for tracking a project's risks, deliverables, and team.
The project console
A left-hand sidebar lists your projects, with Initiate New Project and Add Project buttons. Selecting a project loads its details into a single page organized into tabs — everything lives on one screen, so switching between them doesn't reload the page:
- Details — the project's core information.
- Risks and Deliverables — add and track project risks and deliverables.
- Documents — attached files.
- Stakeholders and Team — who's involved, including a way to add contacts.
- Workstreams and Allocations — how the project is broken down and staffed.
- Action Items and Decisions — tasks and decisions tied to the project, including any pulled in from meeting analysis.
- Meetings — meetings linked to this project.
- Status Reports and Data Requests — reporting and information-gathering.
- Custom Fields — any client-specific fields configured for your organization.
Each tab has its own "Add" button for creating new items directly in that section. The header also has an Ask AI action for questions about the project, and an Export JSON action for pulling the project's data.
