How to use ConOpSys.ai
A practical guide to each part of the platform — what it's for, where to find it, and how to get the most out of it once you're logged in.
Where things live
Once you're logged in, the left-hand navigation rail is organized into groups. Not every group appears for every user — screens are enabled per client and per role, so you may see a smaller menu than what's documented here.
- Meetings — where recorded and uploaded sales/customer conversations turn into transcripts, summaries, and AI-extracted action items and risks.
- Sales & CRM — Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Rivals, Pipeline, and Coverage.
- Projects — a single console for tracking risks, deliverables, stakeholders, and action items on a project.
- Learn — training assignments, plus performance and compliance reporting for supervisors and admins.
- Insights — Gradyant scorecards, Studies, and Retrospectives.
- Content — AI-generated marketing content and meeting-derived ideas.
- Library — the shared asset repository, sales plays, case studies, microsites, and the content approval queue.
- Chat — a general-purpose AI assistant for questions, drafting, and brainstorming.
A typical flow
Most teams follow a similar loop: a meeting gets recorded or uploaded in Meetings, the AI extracts a summary, action items, and risks; those roll up into Sales & CRM (against the account/opportunity) or Projects (against the relevant project); reps and managers then review performance and coaching opportunities in Learn and Insights; and anything worth reusing — a sales play, a case study, a piece of content — gets drafted, approved, and published through Content and Library.
