Insights

Scorecards, cross-meeting research, and retrospective analysis.

Gradyant scorecards

Gradyant™ is where scoring rubrics are built — weighted dimensions and levels, created manually or with an AI-assisted wizard. These rubrics are what Team Performance, My Report, and the Executive dashboard score meetings against, so this is the place to define or adjust what "good" looks like for your team.

Studies

A Study groups several meetings together for cross-meeting research — customer research, competitive analysis, or a training needs assessment, for example. Create a study, attach the meetings you want to analyze, and run the AI analysis. Each study has a status (Draft, Configured, Processing, Waiting for Approval, Complete, Error, or Archived) as it moves through the pipeline. The result is a FIRE report — insight clusters scored and prioritized so you can see what matters most across all the conversations you included.

Retrospectives

A heatmap dashboard across your projects and categories (people, process, tools, environment, materials, measurement), built from retrospective meetings. From an insight, you can drill into a 5 Whys analysis or a Fishbone diagram to trace root causes. Findings worth keeping can be captured as Lessons Learned, which move through draft, review, and approved states so they become reusable organizational knowledge rather than one-off notes.
