Training

Your home screen for assigned training. Courses are split into Current Assignments and Completed, each showing your progress and a Start/Continue Training button, along with a priority score and reasons the platform suggests it next. Each course is made up of Lessons, and each lesson has Questions you answer — your progress is tracked as questions answered out of the total in each lesson. Upcoming lessons you haven't unlocked yet are shown but not yet available.

If you supervise other people, this same screen also shows your team's overdue enrollments. If you're an instructor or admin, you'll additionally see instructor-level metrics here.

Team Performance

Supervisors and admins. Person cards and a comparison grid scoring your direct reports (or, for an admin, a team) against a selected Gradyant rubric over a chosen date range.

My Report

Your own personal scorecard — Gradyant-scored performance and trend over a date range, plus coaching data. This is the same view you'd land on by drilling into your own card from Team Performance.

Compliance

Supervisors and admins. Shows recording and meeting-coverage compliance, either for your whole organization (admin) or just your team (supervisor).

Executive dashboard

Client admins. An organization-wide rollup of Gradyant scores and compliance data.
