Accounts

A searchable list of your accounts with an Add New Account button. Selecting an account opens a detail panel with tabs for Details, Health, Activity, Contacts, Opportunities, Projects, Deal Rooms, Assessments, Next Steps, Custom Data, Transcript Corrections, and Deal Trend. From here you can edit account details, import contacts, and (with appropriate permissions) delete the account.

Contacts

Browse contacts and filter by account. Staff and users with contact-edit permission can update contact details inline.

Opportunities

A single sortable table of all open pursuits — Opportunity, Account, Stage, Outcome, Owner, Revenue, and Close Date. Click a row to open that opportunity's workspace.

Rivals

Track competitor organizations: name, description, website, and (optionally) a parent organization. You can add and edit rivals and manage their contacts and social handles here — this is your competitive-intelligence tracker, not a customer list.

Pipeline

Admin-only. A qualification dashboard of open opportunities scored against a MEDDIC-style framework, with trend indicators and flags for deals whose qualification is "stuck" or "decayed."

Coverage

Admin-only. Stat tiles for single-threaded deals, deals missing an economic buyer, and dormant champions, plus a "Risky opportunities" table you can drill into for details on each account.
